About Us

Jessica is a fitness professional /entrepreneur. Her passion for fitness started at age five when she first learned about dance and movement. She continues to learn about movement and the body every day.
Jessica is Affiliated with: ACE, NASM, STOTT, Balanced Body, and Physical Mind. Jessica has studied many forms of movement and personal training including Feldenkreis and NASM. She has worked with some of the greatest fitness enthusiasts and continues to do so today. She enjoys helping people reduce back pain and increase core stability promoting body awareness and more-toned physiques.

Pilates is held either one-on-one or in groups. One-on-one includes postural analysis as well as using machines like the Cadillac reformer table, chairs and blocks. Group classes include machine and mat workouts using the classic pilates repertoire.


Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy. It involves attributes that include, but are not limited to mental acuity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility.
